Iran's new security chief issues threat to neighboring regions
Newly appointed Iranian security chief Mohsen Rezaei issued his own threats to any neighboring countries that joined U.S. President Donald Trump's efforts to squeeze the country's economy. "Of course, we will first negotiate with them. We will hold talks and tell them to step aside and distance themselves from the United States. But if they do not act, we will strike. We will target that country's interests," Rezaei said.

New York federal judge blocks immigrant visa ban
In January, U.S. President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio initiated a policy that would pause the processing of visas of people from 75 countries. U.S. District Judge Jeannette Vargas, based in New York, ruled that this policy was unlawful.

French President plans to send missile interceptors to Ukraine
French President Emmanuel Macron announced that France will send new interceptor missiles to Ukraine after its supply from the United States began to diminish. France continues to show support for Ukraine as the air attacks within the country and Russia continue to get worse by the day. While this was going on, Russian President Vladimir Putin pulled Russia's ambassador, Andrey Kelin, out of London after he had been in the post for more than seven years.
